Job Description:

This is a leadership role within our centre, where you will drive excellence in daily operations. As a Centre Manager, you will inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care, education, and engagement.

  • Manage centre operations, including staffing and parent communication
  • Lead and support educators through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth
  • Develop engaging activities for children's holistic development

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with experience in a leadership role. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Requirements:
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively
