We are seeking a skilled and experienced Revit technical designer to join our team. As a technical designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed design development, contract and detail documentation in accordance with conceptual and schematic designs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare design development, contract and detail documentation using Revit software.
  • Execute assigned tasks with accuracy, quality and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience using Revit software.
  • Demonstrated local experience.
  • Relevant qualifications and industry experience.
  • Passion for design and commitment to achieving high-quality design outcomes.
  • Advanced technical knowledge and exceptional documentation skills.
  • Ability to liaise with all project stakeholders in a constructive and professional manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
