Job Description

As a Receiving Officer at W Sydney, you will be responsible for processing day-to-day invoices and receiving reports in our hotel procurement system to ensure accuracy. You will also reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports, post invoices using computer programs, and assist in deliveries and operations within the loading dock.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
  • Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure accuracy.

  • Assist in deliveries and operations within the loading dock.

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Hotel experience will be an advantage.
  • The ability to lift packages up to 25kgs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and Microsoft Office skills.
