Maternity Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate midwives to join our multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidates will provide high-quality, woman-centred care in line with the ANMC National Competency Standards for the Midwife (2006).
- They will work collaboratively with obstetric, medical, and other health professionals as outlined in the ACM National Midwifery Guidelines for Consultation and Referral.

The successful candidates will have flexible shifts available, allowing them to balance their professional and personal commitments.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to practise as a midwife across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal care, lactation, and infant feeding within a multidisciplinary team.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to maintaining and enhancing midwifery skills.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use electronic health information systems.
Key responsibilities include providing high-quality midwifery care across the full continuum, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and consulting and liaising with obstetric, medical, and other health professionals as required.
