Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an ED Registrar to join our team in the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW. As a locum ED Registrar, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 24-hour Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emergency care to patients in our 24-hour ED
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in rapid response on wards and clinical review of inpatients as needed

Requirements:

  • PGY4 or greater with 6-12 months critical care experience
  • Confident to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive daily rate
  • Travel and accommodation provided
  • Return flights capped at $450 return
  • Daily car hire capped at $50 per day
  • Travel allowance of $0.34c/km if driving own vehicle

About the Location:

Bellinger River District Hospital is a 42-bed D1 Community Acute with Surgery, providing a range of services including 24-hour Emergency Care, General Medicine, Rehab, and Palliative services. The hospital works closely with Coffs Harbour Health Campus as part of the Coffs Clinical Network (CCN), in the Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD).
