Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Consultant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting a Senior Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of 250 properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting open inspections on Saturdays and mid-week to showcase properties to potential clients.
  • Scheduling and performing inspections by appointment to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone and email to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Carrying out ingoing and outgoing inspections, as well as routine inspections to maintain accurate records.
  • Reviewing applications and preparing approval letters and lease documents to facilitate the leasing process.
  • Assisting the property manager with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Requirements:
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate and a valid driver's license (a car is required) to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • No prior experience needed, but a positive attitude, polished appearance, and a strong work ethic are essential to succeed in this role.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday with a half-day off during the week to accommodate client needs.
  • Working hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM to ensure a standard and efficient work schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate to demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Reliable vehicle to ensure timely and efficient travel to client sites.
