Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Infinite Aged Care. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, leading a small team to deliver exceptional food and beverage services to our residents.

• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
• Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
• Manage budgets and food safety processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with our National and Regional Hotels Service Team to improve food outcomes and develop new services.
• Attend food focus resident meetings to gather feedback and improve our services.
• Partner with community education providers for student placements and VET programs.

• Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery.
• Valid Food Safety Supervisors certificate.
• Proven experience as a culinary leader with a passion for creating exceptional food.
• Resident-centric mindset and ability to build strong relationships with residents and staff.
• Progressive leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring others.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
