We are seeking a qualified teacher to join our team as a secondary education tutor. The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching students in a small group setting using the Kip McGrath methodology. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and wants to make a difference in the lives of students.

Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching students using the Kip McGrath methodology
- Tutoring students in a positive, caring manner to promote self-esteem and self-worth
- Learning how to use our state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face and online lessons
- Being available to commit to every class you are scheduled to teach
- Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with students and parents
- Keeping an accurate record of your students' progress and goals on a weekly basis using our learning management system
- Providing verbal and written feedback to parents

The ideal candidate will have a teaching degree or be in the final year of their degree, along with a current Working with Children Check. They will also possess a friendly, professional, and personable manner, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Additionally, they should have a positive, vibrant personality, confidence in using software and computers, and a genuine love for learning and teaching.
