Job SummarySnowy 2.0 Site Engineering Position

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Snowy 2.0 project, one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

The role will involve managing field activities and implementing engineering designs, as well as diagnosing construction or machinery problems and resolving malfunctions.

As a key member of our team, you will supervise and direct onsite crews, draft and submit reports, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

A bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum 3 years' experience in the construction industry are required for this position.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage field activities and implement engineering designs
  • Diagnose construction or machinery problems
  • Resolve malfunctions and oversee repairs and technical improvements
  • Install new systems and technology
  • Supervise and direct onsite crew (e.g. technicians)
  • Draft and submit reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • White Card
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Construction Industry in a similar role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks under pressure
