Job Title: Centre Manager - Leading Early Education Centre

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced centre manager to lead our new early education centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff management, budget oversight, and effective communication with families and internal stakeholders.

You will work in partnership with our assistant centre manager and head of curriculum to lead a high-performing team that provides the highest quality care and education for all children, families, and staff.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day centre activities
  • Staff management and development
  • Budget planning and management
  • Effective communication with families and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in early childhood education and care
  • Minimum 2 years previous centre manager experience
  • Previous experience in leading a startup/brand new centre is highly regarded
