About the Role

We are seeking experienced Labourers and Operators to join our team working on projects in the Greater Brisbane Region.

As a Labourer and Operator with Shadforth Civil Contractors, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of civil construction projects, including roads and bridges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry
  • Relevant and current tickets and licences
  • Your own transport
  • Ability to work 6.30am-5:00pm five days a week with Saturdays as required
