Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part-time qualified Nursery Support 1:1 to work with children aged [insert age range] and provide one-to-one support to help them gain confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working within The Curiosity Approach to deliver high-quality care and education to children in the nursery.

  • Provide individualized support to children to enhance their development and well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Work closely with children to identify and address their needs, ensuring they receive tailored support.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum Level 2/3 childcare qualification is required.
  • Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
  • A passion for Early Years education and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education are essential.
