Key Account Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Acquisition Specialist to join our team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with existing ones.

As a Key Account Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Contact previous guests of our hotels to invite them to join our loyalty membership program
  • Use our sales methodology to understand customer needs and close sales
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers
  • Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs
  • Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment with uncapped commissions
  • Available to start paid training and then work from our office, 20 hours a week (Mon-Fri)
  • Open to negotiating a flexible roster (post training)
