We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.

At our organization, we deliver exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. With over 245 vacation club resort locations globally, innovation and growth keep our work interesting and fun.

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital part in the operation of our Sales Site by providing support to the sales staff in daily sales support duties.

This role partners with the Senior sales support team to:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the preview centre
  • Be the face and heart of our business through interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be involved in daily core operational tasks including reception obligations, premium recording and management, contract generation, and inventory maintenance
  • Review weekly inventory reports and ensure premium inventory levels are properly maintained
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders as the voice of our team
  • Record information accurately in relation to guest flow, booking numbers, and team details

The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and self-motivation, strong customer service values and focus, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Applications and CRM systems.
