About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dentist to join our team at Wagga Health Centre and Kapooka Health Centre. As a Senior Dentist, you will provide clinical and professional leadership in the Health Centre, including advising on staffing levels, supervising clinical staff, and implementing administrative policies.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of postgraduate clinical experience and a minimum of 2 years of full-time postgraduate clinical chair-side experience within the last 5 years. You will also require current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a medical practitioner in Australia with AHPRA and postgraduate qualifications equivalent to ADF DL3 requirements.
About You
We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, works well with both people and details, and has strong management skills including leadership, conflict resolution, and an understanding of medical ethics and medico-legal issues.
