As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to create an engaging and stimulating shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your exceptional merchandising and presentation skills while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to achieve sales goals and enhance showroom displays
• Manage planograms and ensure product visibility
• Utilize creativity to maintain high-standard showroom presentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Emerging or established leadership abilities
• Prior experience working in large format retail stores focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions
• Multitasking and prioritization skills
• Passion for the automotive industry and products (ideal)
