Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining company laptops and desktops (Mac, Windows, Linux), ensuring systems are up-to-date, secure, and fully functional.
  • Configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network equipment, including WiFi routers, switches, and access points, to provide reliable connectivity.
  • Overseeing and managing office peripherals, such as printers, scanners, and meeting room equipment.
  • Ensuring a secure and efficient inventory management system for IT hardware.
  • Administering user authentication systems across platforms like Google Workspace, Okta, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
  • Implementing and maintaining Single Sign-On (SSO), Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and role-based access control (RBAC) across company systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including laptops (Mac, Windows, Linux), WiFi networks, and office peripherals.
  • Experience in identity and access management (IAM) systems and authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, 2FA).
  • Familiarity with security tools and endpoint management solutions (e.g., MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Workspace ONE).
