The Clinical Team delivers best practice clinical service triaging, prioritisation, and scheduling experience across multiple programs of care, recovery, and treatment.
Your RoleYou will ensure timely high-quality care for our customers. In this fast-paced role, you will manage allied health and nursing services, triage referrals, coordinate bookings, and respond to intraday changes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain stable responsive schedules to support customers and clinicians.
- Work with workforce planning and operations teams to deliver seamless care experiences.
- Coordinate care to enable customers to live independently at home and support an efficient compassionate clinical workforce.
- Experience in scheduling and rostering environments is preferable.
- Exposure to operational or health-based industries is desirable but not essential.
- A sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices.
- Initiative in meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- An ability to show empathy with customers and relatives.
