Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our crew at Grill'd Bondi Junction. As a Team Member, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing Grill'd experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
  • Prepare quality ingredients in the kitchen with love and attention to detail
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling, with a willingness to learn and develop skills
