Enterprise Customer Success Manager Role

 

We seek a dedicated and strategic resource to own large enterprise accounts, driving customer engagement and retention through successful Apple deployment across our product suite.

This position works within the Customer Success Department, acting as the Account Owner supporting the entire Jamf Product Suite.

  • You will act as a key contact for clients, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to achieve their objectives.
  • Successful candidates will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand their usage of our products and services.

Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
