Job Overview

The Kingborough Council is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead the delivery of key infrastructure projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the construction of new ovals and associated infrastructure within the Kingborough Sports Precinct.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced civil engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of this high-profile project. You will work closely with the Project Director to ensure timely and effective delivery of the project components.

About the Role

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects, including construction of new ovals and associated infrastructure.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on civil engineering works.
  • Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in civil engineering works and project management.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of civil engineering principles.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
