As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing operational contracts, leading a team of Contract Managers, and ensuring Veolia exceeds customer service expectations.

What you'll be responsible for:

\u2022 Lead a team of Contract Managers and their operational and technical staff
\u2022 Manage all operational contracts to ensure Veolia exceeds contractual KPIs and customer service expectations
\u2022 Accountability for the overall profitability and achievement of set budget and revenue targets for all operational contracts and assigned projects
\u2022 Provide leadership, performance management, and development for the extended team, including direct reports
\u2022 Represent Veolia professionally, maintain customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
\u2022 Lead the Energy team's safety and compliance effort
\u2022 Support the broader Energy Solutions and Trading team with operational and development support

What you'll need to be successful:

\u2022 Strong leadership credentials, managing a multi-faceted team
\u2022 Extensive experience in business management and contract management
\u2022 Building Services or Technical Engineering experience required
\u2022 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a productive working relationship with internal and external customers
\u2022 Previous experience managing a P&L and strong commercial acumen
\u2022 Business, technical trade or engineering qualification will be highly regarded
\u2022 Be able to successfully obtain a National Police check
\u2022 Ability to nominate as a Mechanical Services Nominee, or Electrical Nominee in various states
