We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our audit and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits across all services to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices to drive quality and operational excellence
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive audit program
  • Fostering a culture of ongoing improvement and encouraging the adoption of standardized processes

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement methods, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills. They will have a strong background in healthcare and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in senior audit and compliance roles. Additionally, they will have training in Auditing and Assurance and proven ability to ensure strict regulatory adherence and manage compliance audits.
