About the Role

Aged Care Resumes is currently seeking an experienced Caregiver for Seniors to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in aged care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing care plans, and implementing strategies to promote overall well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans for clients
  • Deliver care and support services to clients in their homes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor client progress and report any concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Previous experience in aged care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Australian driver's license
