Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and paint gates efficiently.
  • Lift and stack heavy-duty gates safely.
  • Operate a press machine with precision.
  • Communicate with supervisors to determine required products effectively.
  • Work safely while adhering to OHS regulations rigorously.
  • Assist with improving operational efficiency by identifying areas of improvement.
  • Complete finished products as per requirements.

  • Able to work effectively in a multicultural team setting.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and driving improvement initiatives.
  • Positive attitude and confident manner when interacting with colleagues.
  • Professional presentation and strong work ethic, including being highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.

  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including working under pressure.
Working Conditions

This is a casual position with 37 hours per week. The schedule includes an 8-hour shift, and work will be performed on-site. Steel capped boots are mandatory.
