Job Title: Admission Booking Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to collaborate closely with our Communications Unit in supporting our nursing home admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries about nursing home admissions and home care services promptly and professionally
  • Enter information with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle hotline calls, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed
  • Support our Communications Unit with various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Strong organising skills and ability to plan and prioritise work
  • Ability to undertake good record keeping and to perform accurate data entry
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • High level of proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently
