Project Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at CPB Contractors Pty Limited. The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of three years of experience within an established Quality Management System.
Job Description- Support project personnel in the implementation of project completions requirements as per applicable plans.
- Ensure specified outcomes are in compliance with the plan and appropriate system completions.
- Obtain and maintain handover records in the documentation system while meeting Project Quality requirements.
- Capture and collate relevant project delivery records in the electronic document management system.
- Check handover packages and collate required construction documents and system certification related documentation as per process.
- Liaise with site construction teams, vendors, and monitor progress of completions.
- Review subcontractors' completions deliverables and ensure quality obligations are met.
- Coordinate with Hexagon team and construction team to obtain system assurance certificates.
- Attend handover inspection walks and punch list walks as required and progress closeout of punch list items in the system.
- Undertake and report completions progress.
- Review compliance records and close out construction lots.
- Maintain and coordinate closure of project delivery records ensuring completeness to satisfy Client requirements.
- Assist in compiling data for weekly/monthly Quality performance reports.
- Recognized degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum three (3) years of construction experience within an established Quality Management System.
- Previous experience in completions role within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of Hexagon completions system, PowerBi.
- Ability to follow QMP and relevant processes.
- Awareness of Australian and International standards - technical and management system.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of management and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately within scheduled timelines.
