About The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations, support staff, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and drive the growth of our Occupational Health services at our Bunbury Clinic in WA.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic
  • Coordinate and liaise with doctors and healthcare professionals
  • Oversee finances, budgets, and IT systems
  • Lead and mentor administration and nursing staff
  • Provide outstanding service and communication to patients
  • Develop and promote the clinic's Occupational Health services

The Ideal Candidate:

We are after a passionate leader with demonstrated experience in a similar healthcare setting. You will bring:

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach to customer service
  • Good computer literacy (Medical software experience is a bonus)
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and staff development
