Role Summary:

Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and/or services to meet customer needs.

  • Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs.
  • Supply Service Technicians with parts as required.
  • Research and interpret parts requirements.
  • Place machine down and stock orders.
  • Verify receipting-in of shipments and assist with delivery to proper inventory locations.
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
  • Follow up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
  • Maintain current product knowledge.
  • Participate in sales training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction, forestry and agricultural parts desired.
  • A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and machinery.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to follow safe work environment procedures and operations.
  • Forklift license preferred (we can help you with this).
