Job Title: Product Expert

We are seeking a skilled Product Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, application expertise, and technical advisory roles.

The Product Expert will be responsible for driving safety culture, supporting the Service Center and Field Service teams, and assisting with complex quotes and projects. They will also share best practices to enhance performance and competitiveness among service centers and field teams.

The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for central teams, facilitating communication and providing feedback for product development. They will handle claims and troubleshooting for complex customer issues and support complex commissioning and optimize customer processes.

The role requires strong technical skills, including ALSOC, applications, and commissioning. The candidate should be able to lead technical competence development plans, train team members on specific technical skills, and assess Field Service Engineers and Service Center Technicians.

The Product Expert will contribute to defining future priorities for training, investments, performance, and customer requirements. They will participate in strategic planning and decision-making for service operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and information technology, with experience in industrial machinery manufacturing. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
