Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Nelson Bay East. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning programs for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to achieve exceptional outcomes for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development
- Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth transition between home and centre

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
