About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our NSW/ACT Environment team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering environmental assessments and approvals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver environmental assessments, including Reviews of Environmental Factors (REFs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs)
  • Work closely with our clients, including Sydney Water, to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Support the development of environmental strategies and plans for our clients
  • Collaborate with our internal team to deliver high-quality environmental services
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team through knowledge sharing and mentoring
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in science, environment, planning, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in environmental impact assessment or planning approvals in NSW
  • Membership of relevant professional institutions or significant credit towards eligibility for membership
  • Proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines
  • Developing skills in project management and/or a design, technical, or professional specialisation
