Your Role:

As a Floor Manager, you will act as our Senior Beauty Advisor, assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in guiding the store team in a vibrant retail atmosphere to provide an exceptional client experience.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting an example for your team by delivering the Acttif experience to customers through embodying our core values.
  • Fostering a sales-driven culture to surpass KPIs and enhance the performance and skills of your team through coaching and support.
  • Analyzing reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Encouraging open dialogue with your team by offering constructive feedback and maintaining consistent communication with management.
  • Acting as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member issues in a fast-paced setting, confidently making store decisions.

In this position, you will:

Engage with various product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as participate in sales, management, and operational functions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Willing to work a rotating schedule to meet store needs.
  • Possesses prior retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, team management and training, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor to inspire, coach, and support team members.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client service and creating an experiential retail environment that reflects our brand.
  • Committed to fostering a positive culture where everyone feels valued and supported through feedback and development opportunities.
  • Driven to achieve results with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
