Senior Valuation Leader - NSW & ACT

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global organisation as a senior valuation leader in NSW and ACT. As a key member of the national valuations team, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Sydney-based team while undertaking valuations across NSW, interstate, and internationally for various purposes.

The successful applicant will have strong organisational skills, being able to allocate projects and provide oversight to the local team. They will also demonstrate interpersonal skills to develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking an individual who is client-focused, motivated, and has problem-solving skills. You will be committed and thrive while working under pressure.

AAPICPV qualification is essential, along with 10 years'+ experience in performing valuations, previous experience managing people and clients, and experience with insurance and/or financial reporting valuations. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are also required.

About This Role

In this role, you will:

  • Work across multiple projects to meet deadlines while managing your time effectively
  • Manage a team of valuers and look to grow the team
  • Have strong organisational skills being able to allocate projects and provide oversight to the local team
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills to develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with local sales activities with support from the business
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • AAPICPV qualification
  • 10 years'+ experience in performing valuations
  • Previous experience managing people and clients
  • Experience with insurance and/or financial reporting valuations
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
