**Maintenance Technician Wanted**
At our prestigious hotel, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As the go-to fixer and problem solver, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience by performing basic maintenance and repair tasks, conducting regular inspections, and communicating effectively with colleagues to address urgent concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, painting, HVAC, and other equipment
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are in excellent working order
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Conduct regular equipment checks to identify potential issues
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to local regulations
- Previous experience in hotels or similar environments
- Technical skills and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with shifts and weekend/public holiday availability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
