Position Overview: Frontend Developers

Role Summary: As a Frontend Developer specializing in Java, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining software solutions that facilitate user interactions with intricate network technologies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, construct, and sustain software applications that empower end users to engage with complex network systems.
  • Convert client needs and specifications into reusable API-driven micro-services, user interface components, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define backend API requirements essential for optimal user experiences.
  • Work alongside Product Owners to outline strategic business and technology roadmaps.
  • Utilize both on-premises and cloud-based technologies for application deployment and hosting.
  • Take ownership of the Frontend Codebase, primarily using JavaScript frameworks such as Node and Angular.
  • Leverage existing code repositories and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment in development and production settings.
  • Engage in Agile methodologies, leading or participating in planning, design, and estimation meetings.
  • Ensure solutions meet security and operational standards through effective integration.
  • Evaluate third-party and open-source libraries to ensure they meet business needs and manage software supply chain delivery.
  • Assess internal libraries, tools, APIs, and systems to align with business requirements.
  • Develop technology functionalities tailored to business needs, capitalizing on emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to a collaborative DevOps and DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Operational or Software Engineering roles, with proficiency in various deployment, automation, and optimization tools.
  • Strong expertise in technologies such as Node, Angular, and React JS.
  • Familiarity with network automation and Software Defined Networking concepts.
  • Proven programming skills adhering to sound software engineering principles, including API integration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery processes, focusing on enhancing CI/CD capabilities.
  • Experience working within Agile teams and exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
  • A willingness to embrace new technologies and drive innovation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to achieve expertise in the field.
