About the RoleThis 12-month fixed-term contract position is ideal for a seasoned facilitator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality facilitation of ANZ Academy and LEAD@ANZ sessions, demonstrating the ANZ Academy facilitation brand, and assisting with design and implementation of Train-the-Trainer processes.
You will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or Education, or equivalent significant relevant business experience. Proven experience in leadership contexts within training or learning and development environments is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive learning programs that meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement training solutions.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and capabilities.
You'll also contribute to the ANZ facilitator community of practice, supporting ANZ Academy Design and Consulting team with learning design and iteration, and providing learning design and program administration support as required.
To succeed in this role, you'll have highly rated facilitation skills in delivering leadership and professional skills learning in large corporate organisations, as well as utilisation of virtual facilitation tools.
