Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our network infrastructure team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions to support trading systems in North America and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, networking, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in WAN/LAN network support. They will also have demonstrated knowledge of network hardware, local area networks, internet protocols, fiber and copper optics, Ethernet, and wireless technologies.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with other teams to coordinate configuration changes, determine root-cause analysis, and recommend network optimizations. They will also be willing to work off-shift and weekends as part of a 24x7 support rotation.

  • Required Skills:
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or a related technical major
  • Experience in WAN/LAN network support, specifically troubleshooting OSI Layer 1-3 problems, multicast and routing protocols
  • Demonstrated knowledge of network hardware, local area networks, internet protocols, fiber and copper optics, Ethernet, and wireless technologies
  • Arbitrary experience working with EOS and/or NX-OS operating systems
  • Familiarity with third-party products such as Netbox/Nautobot, AWX/Ansible, Nagios, Prometheus, Atlassian suite, VMWare
  • Scripting experience in Python or Perl preferred
