Delivering strategic tax guidance to private businesses and individuals requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen. As a Manager in our Private Tax team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our clients through high-impact tax advice.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have prior income tax experience at a Big 4 or mid-tier professional firm, with a strong track record of driving results and taking initiative. They will be able to build strong relationships with clients, exercise mature judgment, and project manage multiple client engagements. Additionally, they will possess a strong sense of team and a desire to mentor and coach upcoming talent.

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team, mentoring and empowering them to deliver exceptional results. You will work closely with Partners, helping to shape the strategic direction of our practice and cultivate an inclusive, positive culture. You will also drive the team's success, advancing your own expertise and leadership skills while benefiting from the mentorship of experienced leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior income tax experience (at least 4 years) at a Big 4 or mid-tier professional firm
  • CA/Master's of Taxation or equivalent qualification
  • Exposure to large private groups, multinational companies, and private equity
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Self-starter with a strong track record of driving results and taking initiative
  • Ability to project manage and deliver multiple client engagements
  • Strong sense of team and desire to mentor and coach upcoming talent
