Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our Leadership Team at Bupa Asia Pacific. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director Health Services.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and maintain a proactive positive attitude. They will be responsible for preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, reports, and other documents for meetings and events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This role requires heavy calendar, email, and phone traffic management across multiple time zones, as well as managing domestic and international travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will also have experience in financial administration, including processing invoices and credit card expenditure.

A key aspect of this role is mentoring, supporting, and developing the Personal Assistant community within Health Services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality executive support and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director Health Services
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including board papers
  • Manage calendars, emails, and phone calls across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain accurate financial records and process invoices
  • Mentor and develop the Personal Assistant community

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Experience in financial administration and travel coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Sydney, Australia (with occasional travel to other locations)
