We are currently seeking an Airport Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for Landside systems, including car park systems, managing security, and assisting with queries and operational issues as necessary. You will work closely with our Ground Transport Team to ensure a smooth and professional operation at all times.

You will monitor surveillance, respond to system alarms across the Airport Estate, and liaise with law enforcement as appropriate.

This role involves shift work and requires you to be proactive, work well in a team, and achieve win/win situations.

The successful candidate will have excellent active listening skills, be able to think on their feet, and problem-solve critical issues quickly and accurately.

Proficiency in MS Office and new technologies is essential, and prior aviation experience would be highly preferred but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus benefits such as career development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and recognition programs.
