Your Role

As a Technical Compliance Consultant, you will leverage your industry knowledge and experience to provide expertise and first-class support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with our Legal Services Provider to ensure compliance requirements are met across the Now Infinity platform.

Your role is key in managing our internal legal triage process and maintaining non-legal document templates.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as an escalation point for customers using Now Infinity products and provide support in relation to technical and legal queries.
  2. Ensure service level expectations are achieved and/or exceeded, with our customers being the priority.
  3. Manage the Now Infinity legal triage process with internal stakeholders, including provision of technical review to team members and technical guidance direct to customers.
  4. Assist with the delivery of Legal Services via our Legal Service Provider.
  5. Liaise with relevant specialists and stakeholders to maintain compliance of our non-legal document templates and functionality across the Now Infinity platform.
  6. Assist with maintaining compliance of our legal document templates, interview forms, and associated functionality across the Now Infinity platform.
  7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear technical compliance requirements for document templates and interview forms.
  8. Assist with the review, testing, and sign-off of items for Now Infinity product releases, collaborating with our Legal Service Provider in line with defined processes.
  9. Represent Technical Compliance as a key stakeholder in related projects and enhancements from inception and prioritization through to implementation.
  10. Represent Now Infinity as a subject matter expert as required from time to time at company or industry events and presentations.
Requirements
  1. Experience working in a team environment with the ability to meet SLAs and drive improved performance.
  2. Completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Law in Australia.
  3. CPA/CA desirable.
  4. The role would be suitable for someone who has worked in a legal or document compliance environment.
  5. Knowledge of Australian Superannuation, Corporate, and Trust legislation in relation to the establishment of legal entities would be advantageous but not essential.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  8. Strong legal research, technical, and drafting skills.
  9. High attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  10. Ability to work with autonomy, prioritize tasks, and identify risks.
  11. Excellent time management skills.
  12. Experience with Class suite of platforms, specifically Now Infinity (desirable).
