Career Opportunity for General Practice Dentist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled dentist to join our dental practice in a rural community. This is an excellent opportunity for a general practice dentist looking to expand their skills, take ownership of their schedule, and build meaningful long-term relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality dental care to patients, focusing on general practice and community-based care.
  • Develop and maintain a wide scope of care, including opportunities to expand into Advanced Oral Surgery, Invisalign, and Perio.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the dental practice, suggesting improvements and best practices.
Benefits:
  • A flexible full-time schedule, Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • 1–2 operatories available for the Associate.
  • Fully staffed with experienced CDA support.
  • Practice runs 6 chairs per day.
  • Software: Dentitek | Digital X-ray | Pan.
  • Active plans to upgrade technology (scanner, computers).
Requirements:
  • Degree in Dentistry.
  • Licensure to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for general practice and community-based care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
