We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large quantities of stock efficiently and effectively. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all stock is accurately counted, stored and maintained in a clean and safe environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all stockroom operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
  • Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Driving and ensuring compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class concept store experience.
  • Driving profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory control environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
