- Developing and designing workflow applications using Pega & Appian.
- Pega CLSA 8.x and beyond.
- Pega CLSA Certified on version 8.x or equivalent is required.
- Appian or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Cloud domain knowledge with an AWS or Azure Certified.
- Agile, SDLC, and Iterative methodologies.
- Variety of hosting patterns like Pega SaaS, AWS, Azure.
- Object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills.
- Designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management).
- SQL and/or working with other larger volume data.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
