About This Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead aircraft structural engineering efforts, leveraging expertise in design, analysis, and certification.

This critical role requires a subject matter expert who can drive innovation, ensure airworthiness, and deliver timely repair solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated solutions and represent the structures discipline in design reviews, customer engagements, and technical boards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, validate, and approve structural designs, load assessments, and repair solutions for current and future aircraft platforms.
  • Mentor and guide teams of engineers, fostering growth in technical expertise and engineering judgment.
  • Drive structural trade studies, optimization, and risk assessments to support program-level decisions.
  • Represent the structures discipline in design reviews, customer engagements, and technical boards.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Structural, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in aircraft structural engineering, with proven expertise in modification and sustainment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for delivering safe, innovative, and cost-effective solutions.
