**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team in a busy and varied role.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller and Monitoring component, as well as strong time management and communication skills.
To be successful in this position, you must have a proactive approach to problem-solving and lead by example.
- Candidates should also have a valid Drivers Licence, current First Aid and CPR certificates, and proof of Australian Work Rights.
The successful applicant will receive ongoing training and development, opportunities for growth, and excellent remuneration (reviewed annually).
**Responsibilities:
- Carry out foot/buggy patrols of the centre.
- Respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Provide first aid attendance as required.
- Offer retailer and customer assistance.
- Monitor access control and CCTV systems.
**Requirements:**
- A valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller and Monitoring component is essential.
- A valid Drivers Licence is also required.
- Candidates must hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Proof of Australian Work Rights is necessary.
- Strong time management and communication skills are crucial.
- A proactive and innovative problem solver who leads by example is preferred.
- Sound computer and administrative skills are beneficial.
