Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Lead to join our team. As an Assistant Workplace Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional tenancy support and upholding the highest standards of workplace efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing excellent customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the delivery of Workplace Support services, focusing on space management, meeting room use, and space presentation.
  • Deliver best-in-class Client and Employee workplace experiences.
  • Oversee Help Desk operations, including Access Card management, locker allocation, and Environment Health and Safety compliance.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the tenancy.
  • Ensure the delivery of contracted Workplace services in line with SLAs/KPIs.

  • Proven experience in a people-centric, client or customer service focused role.
  • Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Able to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and busy career professionals.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality.
