Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Lead to spearhead the delivery of our Data and Analytics Ecosystem program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the program from initiation through to closure, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of program goals.

The program requires a strong leader who can drive collaboration across business areas, with a focus on business benefits-led delivery. You will oversee the core data and analytics platform for the ecosystem, working closely with project managers responsible for other capabilities.

About the Role:

The Senior Program Lead will lead teams across various workstreams to ensure the program is executed to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving and managing the program, delivering the core data and analytics platform, overseeing key projects to ensure outcomes and benefits, managing scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
  • Establishing and leading high-performing teams to achieve program goals.
  • Identifying and resolving dependencies, risks, and issues across business, technology, and vendor workstreams, communicating impacts on enterprise roadmaps.
  • Developing and advising on program governance, quality assurance, and documentation for senior stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in delivering complex programs, ideally in data and analytics. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with at least 5+ years of experience in program delivery, fostering a collaborative culture among business, technology, and external partners.
