Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in the theatres, recovery, anaesthetic, and scrub scout areas
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- 2 years experience in a specialty area within Australia or a reciprocal country
- 2 contactable clinical references from a line manager
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English must be your first or second language
- Rights to work within Australia
